About the TIE

Mission Statement

The TIE provides an online, unbiased, all-inclusive platform for information on telemedicine and telehealth. It is aimed at health professionals and those interested in telemedicine worldwide who are directly or peripherally involved in a wide variety of healthcare delivery services who have an interest in the practice of telemedicine. Its scope shall be retrospective as well as current, and will:

• Encourage the free exchange of information by providing submission forms for user dissemination of information;
• Include US and non-US information;
• Provide information from all disciplines of knowledge;
• Maintain a rigorous and timely schedule for updates.
